On this page are detailed instructions for you as to how to join Providence Group. Anyone over 18 years old can sign up. There are lots of positive changes in the works from the old program with many new technologies and services coming. For now we will use the same sign up forms but over the next month or two there will be some changes. There will not be anymore certificates but confirmation letters with more explanation of the benefits of joining Providence Group.
Click on the link at the bottom of this page after you read the following instructions. This link will take you to a form that asks you for -
Your Name-
Installation Address - (This can not be a P O Box) It needs to be a physical location just like if you were getting a package from UPS. Number and street or road. Now here is an important note! If more than one household member signs up we need to add something to the address because the computer database has been instructed to kick out duplicate addresses. There was a time when only one per family could sign up but has since then been changed to allow for anyone over 18 to be a member of Providence Group if over 18 years old. Your address may be 1234 Sunny lane so just add -A after your wife's address such as 1234 sunny lane -A. Your son Joey wants to join so he could be 1234 Sunny lane -B and so on. It is very simple and not complicated unless not done then we need to take some steps to get it corrected.

Email if you have one- Without an email you may stay in the dark as far as updates and you would need to call your recruiter for continued updates. You won't be put on an email list except that recruiters if he does as He /She should be doing. There are some recruiters who do not follow up well and take excessive time in getting out paperwork. If you find yourself in this situation just let me know and I will spur them and add you to my information update list.
The person who sponsored you who is a recruiter such as myself "Warren Porter" or Wisconsin Energy Solutions - This person will keep you updated and will be responsible to send you the certificate or confirmation letter when we get it from Providence. Make sure you stay in contact especially if you relocate or you may be removed from the program if not located.
Mailing Address if different from the installation address such as if you have a P.O. Box otherwise just leave it blank.
In the comment box add the name of an active ministry in this program that you are working with if you are, otherwise just leave it blank unless you have a comment.
You will then click submit. this will also take you to a Pay Pal page where you can pay $15 with a credit card to join Providence Group. If you have a Pay Pal account click on that, if not click on pay with a credit card and follow the instructions and you are done. It is a good idea to let the recruiter you are working with know you signed up on line so they can keep track of you as well.
I suggest if you sign up on line you support either "M and M Team" this in an evangelistic outreach ministry to youth, they are based out of Cottage Grove, WI. Or Rock Valley Youth For Christ which is a youth ministry in Beloit Wisconsin. Just place the ministry name in the comments box on the sign up form. Note: ministries go through an approval process for this so you just can not put any ministry name down. We have many more to choose from as well.
Join Providence Group Here on line for $15 or if you prefer click on by mail on this link page and print off the form and mail it with $15 to Providence Group. The mailing address is on the form.
